Product Description:
- The PCD hogger is a high-performance cutting tool designed for the rapid removal of excess material from wood and wood-based panels. It is primarily used on automated machines such as double-end tenoners and Homag edge banders, delivering clean, chip-free edges that reduce the need for secondary processing and improve production efficiency.
- The hogger is a rotary cutterhead composed of multiple cutting segments, and removes unwanted edge material as panels pass through during machining. It ensures precise dimensional trimming and clean surface finishes, making it ideal for high-speed, high-accuracy panel processing.
